I am a sport and performance psychologist with extensive experience working across four countries, supporting athletes, coaches, students, and performers from diverse cultural backgrounds. My practice integrates specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), ACT and humanistic principles with evidence-based sport psychology to enhance performance, wellbeing, and personal development. With particular expertise in cultural sport psychology and international client work, I adopt a collaborative, participant-led approach that values individual context, identity, and lived experiences in both applied practice and supervision.

Supervision approach

Hi ;')
My supervision philosophy is participant-led, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs, goals, and context of each practitioner. I aim to create a reflective, supportive, and appropriately challenging environment that encourages professional growth, ethical decision-making, and the development of practitioner self-awareness. Sessions are structured around the supervisee’s current practice, allowing flexibility to explore applied challenges, case conceptualisation, professional identity, and service delivery.
My supervisory work is informed by extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), humanistic work and ACT, including specialist applications within performance, wellbeing, and behavioural change contexts. I support practitioners in integrating evidence-based approaches while maintaining sensitivity to individual client needs and contextual factors.
I also bring considerable expertise in cultural sport psychology, having worked with athletes, coaches, and performance organisations across diverse cultural environments. Through applied practice spanning four countries, I have developed a strong appreciation of how culture, identity, language, and social systems influence both performance and wellbeing. This international experience enables me to support practitioners working with diverse populations, helping them develop culturally responsive, ethical, and effective consulting practices. Supervision is grounded in reflection, curiosity, and continuous learning, with the ultimate aim of enhancing both practitioner effectiveness and client outcomes.
